"I just wanted to inform you that the EFT workshop that I gave last Saturday (for a class of coaching & counseling students) using your PowerPoint presentations was a great success. The PowerPoint presentation was a great help to clarify things, make the content more visible, and to make it look more professional. Thanks! I have already received requests to give more EFT workshops and I am really looking forward to it."

Acupuncture for the Emotions, Without the Needles
EFT is a simple technique that uses acupressure points to calm the emotions around an issue so that you can think more clearly about the problem. EFT can help you gain emotional freedom so that you can begin being, doing, and having what you really want in life. This simple technique often provides rapid relief from physical and emotional issues, relief from traumatic memories, PTSD, phobias such as fears of public speaking or flying, persistent grief, anger, guilt, anxiety, addictive cravings, nightmares, abandonment or attachment issues, relationship pain, depression, physical discomfort, headaches, and more.
How Was EFT Developed?
In the ’80s, Dr. Roger Callahan, brought together concepts from applied kinesiology, eye movements, breathing exercises, affirmations, and acupuncture points to develop an unusually effective way of treating negative emotions, phobias, or trauma, that he called “TFT” or “Thought Field Therapy.”
In the early ’90s, Gary Craig, a Stanford engineer, developed a simplified procedure from these technique that he called “Emotional Freedom Techniques,” or EFT. Due of the overwhelming effectiveness of these techniques, interest in EFT, and meridian tapping techniques in general, has grown rapidly in the United States and abroad. In 2003, the Journal of Clinical Psychology published the first EFT research study. There are now other published studies and many more studies in progress.
How Does EFT Help?
The most effective aspect of EFT is its rapid calming effect on the emotions. This calming allows the user to think more clearly about an issue so that problems are solved more easily. In most cases, EFT can significantly reduce or eliminate the negative impact of traumatic or difficult events. The technique allows us to remove the negative emotions and beliefs that limit our choices in life and keep us from reaching the goals we set for ourselves.
EFT is easily learned and taught. You can download a free EFT beginners manual at www.MeridianTappingTechniques.com. When you are ready to share with others, EFT4PowerPoint is an easy, professional way to teach others.
